Carroll High School Tops Fort Wayne Rankings: Who Will Challenge the Reign?

Big news for the Chargers! Carroll High School has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of Indiana’s top public high schools. Ranked #18 statewide and #1,206 nationally, Carroll also earned the title of #1 high school in the Fort Wayne metro area — a major point of pride for our community.
The ranking reflects Carroll’s outstanding 95% graduation rate, strong AP program (with more than half of students participating), and above-average proficiency scores in both math and reading. With a student–teacher ratio of about 17:1, Carroll continues to deliver a balance of academic rigor and personal support.
This recognition highlights not only the hard work of students but also the dedication of teachers, staff, and parents who have built a culture of excellence.
