Fort Wayne’s “Music City” Mural Hits the Right Note Downtown |
Summit City Scoop asked what inspired the new five-artist mural on Pearl Street and the answer struck a chord. |
When Summit City Scoop reached out to Art This Way Director Alexandra Hall with five quick questions about Fort Wayne’s newest mural, “Music City,” she shared a look behind the color, creativity, and collaboration that brought it to life.
Located on the west elevation of 222 Pearl Street, the mural brings together five local artists (Brandon Coley, Natalie Fetzer, Carly Mitchell, Mitchell Egly, and Jon Mendelson) whose combined styles turn a blank wall into a celebration of Fort Wayne’s heartbeat: music.
