💵 Summit Staples Snapshot: Fort Wayne Grocery Prices Week 2 (Proteins & Pantry)

Tracking meat, pasta, and pantry essentials at Walmart, Meijer, and Kroger and how prices compare to last week’s staples.

Last week, we launched Summit Staples with five household basics: milk, eggs, butter, bread, and coffee. Prices were fairly close across Walmart, Meijer, and Kroger, with Walmart generally edging out the others by just a few cents.

This week, we moved into the Proteins & Pantry basket; chicken, beef, rice, pasta, and canned veggies. The results highlight just how much your grocery bill can shift depending on where you shop.
