Business Participation Guide

The Summit City Coffee Drop is a fun local giveaway where players complete small activities, collect Coffee Beans, and win prizes from local coffee shops.

The goal is simple:

Businesses can participate for free or through featured Roaster Board placements inside the contest.

Only one business per category may appear as a sponsor in each contest.

☕ Roaster Board Tasks

Businesses can appear on the Coffee Drop Roaster Board, where players complete activities to earn Coffee Beans.

These tasks introduce players to local businesses in a fun way.

☕ Coffee Task — $50

Simple task designed to grow followers or website traffic.

Examples:

• follow a social media page
• visit a website
• subscribe to a newsletter

🧩 Coffee Challenge — $100

Interactive task where players answer a question or share feedback.

Examples:

• vote on a product
• answer a survey question
• share an opinion

These challenges create stronger engagement with participants.

🔐 Coffee Code Quest — $200

Lead-generation activity where players receive a secret code after interacting with the business.

Examples:

• request a quote
• schedule a consultation
• visit a store location
• contact the business

Once the code is unlocked, players enter it in the contest to earn Coffee Beans.

⚡ Flash Coffee Tasks

Flash tasks are short bonus activities posted in the Coffee Drop Facebook group.

Players earn extra Coffee Beans by participating.

Pricing:

$25 — first 24-hour flash task
$10 — each additional day

Flash tasks are a quick way to drive attention to your business.

☕ Coffee Pool Boosters

Businesses or community members can help grow the Coffee Pool.

Every $20 contribution adds one additional $20 coffee gift card to the prize drawing.

Example:

$20 → adds one gift card
$40 → adds two gift cards
$100 → adds five gift cards

Boosters receive recognition inside the contest and help increase the number of prizes.

🎁 Coffee Drop Contributors

Businesses may also contribute their own prize.

Each contributed prize becomes its own drawing inside the contest.

Examples:

Winners pick up prizes directly from the business location.
