Bryan Peterson has been a cornerstone of Fort Wayne’s emergency response for over three decades, quietly serving as a firefighter, EMS chief, and trusted neighbor.

From his first life-changing experience aiding medics after an explosion in Tijuana, Mexico, Bryan channeled his compassion into a lifetime of public service across local agencies like Parkview EMS and Fort Wayne Fire Department.

Now Chief of EMS for the Northwest Fire District, Bryan credits Fort Wayne’s community for their support, underscoring his belief that real heroism is about serving others—at home and abroad.
